IGM welding robot station
The special welding robot has the largest size and load capacity of the IGM robots deployed in Hungary. Among other things, it ensures the efficient, high-quality production of booms, chassis and railway bogies.
RONIN metal cutting machine
The Ronin is a high-capacity, 7-axis cutting machine capable of processing workpieces up to 20 meters long. With its outstanding accuracy and load capacity, it is ideal for the precision machining of large parts.
Wire electrode, shielded gas arc welding machine
The wire electrode, shielded gas arc welding technology offers an extremely efficient and reliable solution for joining metals. Shielding gas prevents oxidation, thus ensuring clean and solid seams when welding various materials.
Automatic painting plant
The automatic dyeing plant provides a fully integrated dyeing process that includes washing and drying phases. The automatic system guarantees precise surface treatment and high-quality corrosion protection for all products.

Raw material storage

The raw materials of SBS Kft. are stored in a 3,000 square meter hall, which ensures the continuous availability of raw materials for production.

Here, we store the company's quarterly raw material needs, thereby enabling the uninterrupted supply of materials and the continuity of production processes.

The raw materials are carefully organized and categorized, so the production processes can start quickly and efficiently.

Grain spraying

Shot blasting is a critical element of surface treatment processes.

We work with two technologies: the automatic conveyor system cleans the surface of smaller products, while the individually operated grain-spraying cabin is suitable for handling larger, special parts.

This combined system guarantees the high quality and corrosion resistance of the surfaces before the painting process.

Sheet metal and molding cutting

The preparation of the raw materials begins with the cutting of sheet and molding materials.

In the pre-production hall of SBS Kft., raw materials are processed with high-precision cutting equipment to meet the requirements of the subsequent welding and cutting processes.

During the cutting process, we pay particular attention to precision, which is critical in terms of ensuring the subsequent quality of the products.

Welding

IGM robot welding

At the heart of SBS Kft.'s welding processes is the IGM robot welding station, which represents the most modern technology for welding large and complex parts.

The station's L-manipulator can turn workpieces weighing up to 5 tons and handle elements up to 12 meters long.

By automating robot welding, we ensure high accuracy, reliability and time efficiency of the processes.

Material tests

UH and MT

In the material testing department of SBS Kft., we use ultrasonic (UH) and magnetic (MT) tests to ensure that all manufactured parts meet the strict quality requirements.

The US examination enables the detection of internal defects in welding seams, while the MT examination enables the detection of surface cracks and material defects.

These tests are essential in the production of reliable and durable parts.

Ronin and NCT

Our cutting processes take place on two key machines: the Ronin high-capacity 7-axis cutting machine, which is capable of processing workpieces up to 20 meters long, and the NCT small precision cutting machine.

These devices ensure maximum precision and efficiency in the machining of large and small parts, thus guaranteeing the high quality of the final products.

Measurement technique

Creaform 3D scanner

One of the outstanding tools of our measurement technology department is the Creaform 3D scanner, which enables extremely precise, three-dimensional measurements.

With this technology, we not only check the dimensions of the parts, but also ensure that all manufactured products meet the prescribed geometric and quality requirements.

With its speed and accuracy, 3D scan technology contributes to the high-level quality control of products manufactured by SBS Kft.

Painting

The painting process at SBS Kft. takes place after surface preparation, where the products are first washed, then dried and masked.

The application of priming and top layer in the painting booths serves to increase the durability and corrosion protection of the products.

During the entire painting process, we ensure the highest level of surface treatment precision, which guarantees the long life of the products.
