Die Produktionsdokumentation wurde \u2013 entsprechend den Ausschreibungsanforderungen \u2013 ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ein weiteres Ergebnis ist die technologische Entwicklung, mit der SBS Kft. die Effizienz der Herstellung von Schwei\u00dfkonstruktionen steigern kann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue Inhalt des Projekts:<\/p>\n<p>Da das Gewicht des Werkst\u00fccks 4-5 Tonnen erreichen kann, ist zum Bewegen des Werkst\u00fccks auf dem Richttisch ein Kran erforderlich, dies gilt auch f\u00fcr das Bewegen des Werkst\u00fccks zum Bewegen einzelner Richtpunkte. Dieser Kraneinsatz stellt eine erhebliche Belastung f\u00fcr die Krankapazit\u00e4t einer bestimmten Werkstatt dar. Um diese Krankapazit\u00e4t zu reduzieren, wurde eine Werkst\u00fccktransporthilfe entwickelt, die au\u00dfer dem Heben des Werkst\u00fccks auf und ab keine Kranaktivit\u00e4t erfordert. Die Innovation ist der Einsatz des zus\u00e4tzlichen Rolltisches. Der Tisch kann mittels Luftfedern angehoben werden. Im Vergleich zu bekannten Wettbewerbsger\u00e4ten stellt diese L\u00f6sung einen erheblichen Vorteil dar.
